Description:
The Oscillation Baselining and Analysis Tool (OBAT) performs the oscillation analysis and estimates modes of oscillations (frequency, damping, energy, and shape). The tool also does oscillation event baselining (finding correlation between oscillations characteristics and system operating conditions).
